AS A SMALL BUSINESS THIS is a huge help to us - WE WANT TO KNOW IF ANY OF THE bits WE HAVE USED TO MAKE YOUR goodies ARE NOT up to scratch so that we can SORT any issues quickly and ensure all your swag is the best it can possibly be.

if you find that your new purchASE is not the flavour you were looking for when it arrives - we can arrange for your order to be exchanged (subject to availability of other ITEMS, and TO THE return of your first order back to us)

If you want an exchange or refund, shout us with your order REFERENCE number and the item you'd like in exchange (if relevant). We will then contact you with further instructions VIA EMAIL. As we are a very small independent business - if you want an exchange you will need to pay for postage of your replacement items. please be aware that we will be unable to ship out your replacement treats or issue a refund until the original products arrive back with us safe and sound.

All items are handmade in the UK using cruelty free, vegan friendly resin. all JEWELLERY CHAINS AND FINDINGS ARE NICKEL-FREE.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR TREATS - they are one of a kind! Each item is unique, so replacements are not available however we do offer a bespoke option with all of our items if you would like a certain colour combination that you can’t find - get in touch and we can make it happen!

do not try to bend or flex THIN RESIN PIECES as they may snap under too much pressure …(don’t we all!)

If your TREATS get dirty, clean up their act with a soft microfibre cloth, use a little water if you need to and be gentle - especially with thinner items as they are fragile!

resin can become flexible under extremes of heat. if this occurs move the item to a flat and cool area away from direct sunlight and it should re harden back to full strength. Resin products can naturally obtain a yellow hue over time. To avoid this keep your swag away from excess sunlight and heat exposure.

GUMFINGERS TRINKETS are for designed and created for “grown ups” so keep away from children and animals as they may come across small parts or sharp edges which never ends well...

gumfingers products are unique and poured by hand so may feature small bubbles or markings associated with the making process. We try not to sand our cured resin if we can help it to try and avoid releasing unnecessary mess into the atmosphere. this means your item may have small irregularities from the moulding and pouring process . we hope you will agree that a couple of bumps in your trinkets trunk is nicer than creating nasties for the planet! if however you see something your not happy with, please get in touch with us as soon as your item arrives and we will do our very best to make things right.
